August airing of Sherlock

jessamygriffithWell, not that I really wanted to watch in Japanese anyway, but they aired 'Sherlock' on Japanese TV this summer. I missed it, being in Canada and Pennsylvania doing infinitely cool things.
I did catch up by checking the website and had a 'heh!' moment. Fucking dubbing. I mean, they basically said, "O hai, Johyn-san wa Sol-jah! Deep, manly voice!" and Sherlock is "thinker, and very very tall, he have HIGH voice."
WTF, NHK?
Still. You know the upside to this?

My friends are always going to fan-comic cons in Japan and getting me Sherlockian stuff. Canon Holmes, Sherlock Hound, RDJ (VERY popular)... and since the last big con was in the summer I firmly anticipate getting some hot Army doctor/sociopathic sexy fuck comics SOON.
